Following the certificate awarding ceremony we asked Dr. Kabir Hossain and Md. Ali Zulquarnain to share their impressions.
– What is your assessment of the level of training provided in ROSATOM-CICE&T, training process organization and training conditions?
(Mr. Ali Zulquarnain) Level of training provided was appreciable. Training organization and conditions were also good.
(Mr. Kabir Hossain) Training on HRD for NPP in ROSATOM-CICE&T is very good. Arrangement, logistics, trainers are excellent. This will be helpful for my country to introduce HRD program for Rooppur NPP in Bangladesh.
– Was the training course useful for you, do you have experience in similar training to compare?
(Mr. Ali Zulquarnain) I consider the scientific visit to be very useful. I got very much benefited from the information provided by the Rosatom CICE&T experts on NPP workforce planning and organization structure of NPP. I’ve never got an opportunity of such type in the past.
(Mr. Kabir Hossain) The training is very useful which will help me to prepare national HRD program. No, such type of training program I have never attended.
– What do you think about Obninsk?
(Mr. Ali Zulquarnain) It is really a beautiful city with long Nuclear background. I simply liked it very much.
(Mr. Kabir Hossain) Obninsk is very good city for living. World’s first NPP is here. However, sometimes we had language problem. Russian language is very difficult for us.
– Did you manage to get acquainted with Russia and its culture during your stay?
(Mr. Ali Zulquarnain) Actually my stay here was not that long; as much I did not get any opportunity to explore the matter. However, I found some very kind people.
(Mr. Kabir Hossain) No, I did not get any chance to attend any cultural program or such.
