Quality Management System
Rosatom Technical Academy developed and integrated the Quality Management System, which it has been constantly applying and updating in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. At the end of 2017 the QMS was certified by the International Certification Body TÜV SÜD. In December 2020, the Academy confirmed its QMS compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 upon the results of a recertification audit carried out by the International Certification Body DQS Holding GmbH.
In August 2021 the Academy successfully passed a certification audit as an educational organization to comply with the requirements of ISO 21001-2018 “Educational organizations-Management systems for educational organizations-Requirements with guidance for use”.

The Quality Management System policy and application scope of Rosatom Technical Academy
The Quality Management System is a part of the Academy management system. It was established to render services in foreign NPP personnel training that comply with the requirements of consumers and applicable laws and regulations as well as to increase the satisfaction of service consumers and interested parties.
A certificate is a document confirming that RosatomTech is a reliable provider of training and consulting services in nuclear industry. The certificate is valid till 23 December 2023. For the period of certificate validity, the certification body carries out annual witness audits in order to confirm the application and improvement of the certified QMS.
DQS Holding GmbH is one of the leading international certification bodies accredited by the single German system DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH), which has been a member of the agreement on mutual recognition of ISO 9001 certificates since 1998. The organization's DQS document confirms its status as a reliable service provider in the international arena.
