On April 19 future specialists in training of foreign NPP personnel from Obninsk, and Novovoronezh and St.Petersburg branches of the Academy took part in the classes on the development of training competencies. In addition to the theoretical and on-the-job training new generation of instructors participates in conducting lectures and developing training materials. Special trainings on soft skills and emotional intelligence help novice instructors to fill the lack of pedagogical skills.
The master class was a kind of a business game, where the participants were able to discuss the difficulties faced by an international instructor in their work and outlined ways to overcome them. Variable group work allowed instructors to analyze the concept of emotional competence.
According to the main specialist of the Instructors Training Center and the former employee of the high-tech Fully-Verified, methodologist Marina Kandalova, the main factor of RosatomTech development, its competitiveness on the world market, is the striving of young people for professional growth multiplied by international experience and knowledge and skill of employees.
