Youth at Rosatom Tech

Since 2018 Rosatom Tech has been running a project on training the new generation of English-speaking instructors, “Human Capital – Investments into the Future” aimed at young professionals and graduates in STEM. The approach is based on the experience of Spain and France in training NPP operator instructors and has Russian specifics, including a focus on VVER-technology, and 2 years of training.

Young employees of Rosatom Tech show themselves not only in professional activities during working hours, but also actively engage in scientific activities, participate in international projects. It is an excellent opportunity for young scientists and researchers not only to present the results of their scientific activities to the general public, including foreign colleagues, but also to get acquainted with the current developments of Russian and foreign specialists in promising areas of nuclear science and technology.

The participation of the representatives of Rosatom Tech in the international events and forums demonstrate the presence of professional young people in Russia and follow modern trends which in line with the United Nations (UN) youth strategy in support of the UN 2030 Agenda.
