For reference:

The Rosatom Technical Academy is the largest international training center in the world. For over half a century, the organization has been specializing in additional professional education and professional retraining for managers and specialists in the nuclear energy and industry. It also provides scientific and methodological support for ensuring the safe use of nuclear energy, control and national security in this field. The organization is a technological partner of the Rosatom State Corporation in training personnel for foreign nuclear power plants. In 2024, the Technical Academy trained over 23,000 specialists in the nuclear industry, as well as 1,580 specialists from nuclear power plants being built according to Russian designs in countries such as Bangladesh, Turkey, Egypt, Hungary and China.

The Rosatom Technical Academy has been recognized as the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)'s center for cooperation in training and capacity-building in the field of nuclear knowledge management and human resources development. The Academy offers training in five key areas: nuclear energy, nuclear security, nuclear science, non-energy applications, small modular reactors, and nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceuticals. As part of this cooperation, the Academy organizes various events such as schools, seminars, training courses, and scientific visits for professionals from countries that are pursuing nuclear energy development. In 2024, students from 45 different countries attended international training events. Courses on small modular reactor technology have become particularly popular. Over the course of its cooperation with the IAEA, the Academy has trained over 1,800 professionals from 63 different countries.
