On April 26-27 delegation of the top managers of two Russian companies – JSC RUSATOM SERVICE (Mr. E. SALKOV, CEO and Mr.M. VINOKUROV, Head of Business Development and PR) and ROSATOM-CICE&T(Mr.I.SELEZNEV, Rector and Mr.ARTISIUK Vice-Rector) visited TECNATOM company in Spain. TECNATOM is a global player at the international NPP-related-service market with expertize in Human Factors Engineering, Control Rooms and Simulators, Training, Operational Support and Emergency Response, Inspection, Tests & Equipment supply. Within the circle of State Atomic Energy Corporation “ROSATOM” the JSC RUSATOM SERVICE- is the owner of HRD integrated offer to support global expansion of VVER technology. ROSATOM-CICE&T is the leading provider of training services to support nuclear infrastructure development in newcomer countries and the member of Consortium of training providers responsible for the international VVER-based-NPP personnel training. Three parties (TECNATOM, RUSATOM SERVICE & ROSATOM-CICE&T) identified as a priority – cooperation in training the instructors and NPP operators for new build VVER projects. The essential point in this endeavor is harmonization of training programmes available in TECNATOM and ROSATOM-CICE&T. It is important to note, that both companies are the members of the ENEN-Ru project -“Strengthening of Cooperation and Exchange for Nuclear Education and Training between the European Union and the Russian Federation” (http://rosatomtech.com/cooperation-under-enen-ru-projects/ )that aims at the mutual recognition of the E &T programmes on both sides and lead to the expansion of the exchanges. These would offer to nuclear industry a broader basis of human resources and foster cooperation in global nuclear power development.
